Born and raised in the DC Metro Area, Ben possesses an in-depth understanding of the local market. He graduated from The Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications and soon after, embarked on a career in residential real estate. It was in this field that he discovered a passion for real estate investment, propelling him to explore development and commercial ventures. His early investment successes paved the way for his entry into commercial real estate.

Ben is dedicated to delivering exceptional service to his clients, consistently striving to overcome challenges with innovative solutions and providing clear and concise outcomes. Additionally, Ben is fluent in Spanish, enabling him to effectively serve the Spanish-speaking communities within the DC Metro Area.
